Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Claire (the "Service") at sayhiclaire.com, operated by Freshney Digital LTD ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Claire analyses your ecommerce store to show where you may be losing sales, turns findings into a prioritised task list, lets you test changes on live visitors, and can carry out work for you through an AI team. Features may change as we improve the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login details secure, and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you connect.
3. Beta access
Parts of the Service are in beta and may change, break, or be withdrawn. Beta features are provided as-is. We may contact beta testers for feedback about their experience.
4. Plans, billing, and the beta discount
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Beta testers can lock in 75% off every plan for the lifetime of their subscription using the beta discount. Prices are in GBP and VAT is added where it applies. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
5. Connected services
When you connect third-party tools such as Google, Shopify, Klaviyo, or Meta, you authorise us to access the data needed to run the Service. Your use of those tools remains subject to their own terms, and you are responsible for maintaining the connections and permissions.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to break its security, reverse engineer it, resell it without permission, upload unlawful content, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, belongs to us. You keep ownership of your own store data and the content you provide. You grant us the permission needed to process that data to run the Service for you.
8. No guarantee of results
Claire gives recommendations and tools to help you grow, but results depend on many factors we do not control. We do not guarantee specific increases in sales, conversion, or revenue, and nothing here is financial or legal advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we stop offering the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If we make a material change we will let account holders know by email or in the app, and continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
